About the CRS Designation and the Pennsylvania CRS Chapter The Council of Residential Specialists is a non-profit organization dedicated to attracting and retaining those REALTORS® who seek the knowledge, tools, and relationship building opportunities needed to maximize their income and professionalism in real estate. The benefits of the Council of Residential Specialists are invaluable. The Council confers the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designation, while continuously providing its members with the educational, networking and online tools necessary to help them compete and succeed in the residential real estate market. |  | Pennsylvania area Council members are eligible for membership in our Chapter, one of more than 52 Certified Residential Specialists Chapters across the United States. We are able to offer additional programs and services for the Pennsylvania area CRS with the generous support from our volunteer members. Our Chapter is independently managed by our officers and offers a brand of unique benefits including: - Discounts on special events and educational programs
- Social functions with networking opportunities
- eNewsletters with informative and up-to-date announcements and information
